Competition Terms and Conditions

• Competition electronic entry form is available from the Mid Valley web site https://www.midvalleyshoppingcentre.com.au/win-a-hisense-43-smart-tv/.
• Competition opens on Friday 26 November 2021. This is a game of chance with one winner chosen at random on 24 December 2021 at 10am.
• By entering, customers agree to Mid Valley’s Privacy Policy found on www.midvalleyshoppingcentre.com.au/centre-information/ and if consented for their personal details to be added to the Mid Valley customer email database for the purpose of receiving Mid Valley’s promotional newsletters.
• The prize includes a Hisense 43” A7G 4K LCD Smart TV. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind.
• Mid Valley retailer staff and management are ineligible to enter.
• Any decision made by Mid Valley Shopping Centre Management in respect to the competition is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
• The winner will be notified by phone and email.
