Ingredients
- 1 cup thick berry yoghurt
- 1 cup whipped cream (sweetened with 1–2 tbsp sugar and ½ tsp vanilla)
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup dark nutty chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 hedgehog slices, chopped
- 1 cup fresh berries (reserve some for garnish)
- Extra nuts and Easter eggs for garnish
Instructions
Prepare whipped cream:
Whip cream with sugar and vanilla until soft to medium peaks form.
Mix salad:
Fold whipped cream into yoghurt until smooth.
Add mix-ins:
Fold in raspberries, marshmallows, chocolate, hedgehog slice, and most fresh berries.
Garnish and chill:
Top with reserved berries, nuts, and Easter eggs. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Serve:
Serve chilled.
